Collect your parcel whenever you want, our machines are AVAILABLE 24/7.
The service is valid for orders with a maximum weight of 20kg and parcel dimensions up to 60x45x36 cm.
The PIN code must be entered on the keypad of the selected box.
The charges per parcel are:
Ground shipments.
Small parcel 8X45X60 €2.5 max 2Kg
Medium parcel 17X45X60 €2.5 max 5Kg
Large parcel 36X45X60 €4 max 20Kg

Small parcel 8X45X60 €4 max 2Kg
Medium parcel 17X45X60 €4 max 5Kg
Large parcel 36X45X60 €6 max 20Kg
Your parcel will be delivered to the parcel delivery box WITHIN 24 HOURS from the day of your order. If your order is placed by 12.00 in the morning and concerns the Athens area, the delivery will be made SAME DAY provided that the products are marked as “Available”.
In case any of the selected products is not available, you will be notified via e-mail or phone about the progress of your order. Products that are not immediately available will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Your package will remain in the BOX NOW locker for 48 hours, with the option of an additional 24-hour extension upon your request at www.boxnow.gr .
You can track your order by going to www.boxnow.gr. You receive your package according to your schedule, 24/7!
Returning an order placed with Box Now
The process is simple and is as follows:
Select the Locker that serves you (to see the available lockers click here: https://lockers.boxnow.gr/ )
Enter the ten-digit parcel number (parcel id) on the Locker screen – which you can find either on the voucher, or in the email/viber/sms you received from Box Now.
Place the parcel in the box
Close the box
Your returned parcel will be back in our Warehouse within 2 days!
