PRODUCT DELIVERY
Our Company provides you with many ways to receive and deliver products for your convenience.
The transportation costs are entirely borne by the buyer and their amount is determined in accordance with the method specified below. During the process of submitting your order, you are invited to choose which of the following methods you wish to receive the products you have ordered. Depending on the method you choose, the total final cost of your order is determined according to the following distinctions.
A. Delivery of products by courier company:
The shipping cost is entirely borne by the buyer. The shipping costs amount to four (4.00) euros for orders up to 2kg. For orders over 2 kg, the cost increases by one (1) euro per kilogram.
For orders worth more than eighty (80) euros and weighing up to 2 kg, the shipping of the products is free.

Product shipment details
From the delivery of our product to the courier company, which will be done by us as soon as possible and for which there will be information upon completion of your order, the shipment of the product will be initiated and the product will be shipped within the time period specified by the courier company Speedex depending on the delivery address. We are not responsible in the event of non-delivery of the product within the time period specified by the courier company.
Our Company makes every effort to ensure that the packaging of the products is done with care and that the products are delivered to you in excellent condition without suffering any damage during transport. However, in case you notice tears or other extensive damage to the packaging, we recommend that you do not receive the product from the carrier and contact us immediately.
Delivery with Speedex is not possible in inaccessible and remote areas. If you reside or wish to have your purchased product shipped to an inaccessible area, you have the option of picking it up from the Speedex offices closest to you.
The above charges may change for future purchases without notice. However, the new charges will apply to new purchases. Similarly, the Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to select the courier company through which product deliveries are made.
B. Pick-up of the product from our physical store at 41-43 Omirou Street in N. Smyrna.
B.1 In the event that you have paid by credit or debit card or have prepaid the total amount by bank deposit in the eshop, we will send you an email when the product is available for pickup. The Company bears no responsibility in the event that communication with you is not possible due to an error in your details or your failure to respond to our communication or an event of force majeure or fortuitous event. It is noted that the Company will keep the product for a period of five (5) days from the time you are informed that the product is ready for collection from the store. After the aforementioned 5-day period has elapsed, the Company is not obliged to have the product available for collection at the store. If you do not come to collect the product within the aforementioned five-day period, you must contact our online store again in order to renegotiate the delivery arrangements for the product.
If you have paid in advance for the product, you must have the proof of payment with you upon receipt. The Company is entitled (but not obliged) to refuse to deliver the product to anyone who appears and does not bring the relevant proof of payment. It is exempt from any liability if it delivers the product to any person who comes for collection with the said proof or without proof but states other details of your order.
B.2 If you have chosen to pay for the product upon receipt from our physical store at 41-43 Omirou Street, we will contact you by phone or via e-mail when the product is available for collection. In this case, the product is reserved for you until the next business day from your notification, otherwise your order will be canceled and the product will be released. The Company bears no responsibility in the event that communication with you is not possible due to an error in your details or your failure to respond to our communication or an event of force majeure or fortuitous event
B.3 It is noted that the above delivery deadlines do not apply to seasonal items (Christmas decorations, candles, Easter decorations, bracelets, etc.), which you can receive up to the day after your notification of receipt, and if this coincides with a day when stores remain closed, on the first working day, regardless of the payment method you have chosen.
